Stuart has spent his entire professional life in the construction industry, working first for the family firm before spending some time in the trade in the UK. It was whilst working for a major contractor that he had his first big break: he struck up a friendship with an Irish foreman who took him under his wing and helped him to understand what makes a business really work in a very competitive environment.

Stuart’s greatest inspiration is his family. The desire to provide for his children the same quality of life and upbringing that his parents gave to him continues to be a driving force.
